One of the strengths of Total North is its logistics team. This team is made up of a management group with oversight of the executive. The team meets multiple times weekly ensuring all scheduling decisions and updates are handled in compliance with customer requirements, our safety program and Total North’s core values. With multiple business units, Total North has valuable experience juggling priorities and maximizing the efficiencies of its technical staff to meet and exceed our customer’s timelines and quality of service.
Included in the structure of Total North is a pool of technicians available for timely deployment for situations that require rapid response (24 business hours). The Service Manager has multiple technicians at his disposal to schedule jobs that require a quick turn-around if out-of-scope assistance is required.
Total North has vast experience operating in the corporate environments of Whitehorse and Yukon communities, including First Nation government areas, understanding the sensitivity and confidentiality of the work environment. This involves an attention to detail, meticulous labelling and ensuring work is acceptable to the customer as well as maintaining a clean, tidy workplace during and after the installation.
