The Service Manager has multiple technicians at his disposal to schedule jobs that require a quick turn-around if out-of-scope assistance is required.
Total North has vast experience operating in the corporate environments of Whitehorse and Yukon communities, British Columbia, Northwest Territories & Nunavut including First Nation government areas, understanding the sensitivity and confidentiality of the work environment. This involves an attention to detail, meticulous labelling and ensuring work is acceptable to the customer as well as maintaining a clean, tidy workplace during and after the installation.
